Match Made In Heaven compares two people's astrological birth charts — ten planets plus each person's Chinese zodiac animal — and scores how they line up. Everything is computed on your device. The app is provided for entertainment only.
I read every message and usually reply within a few days. Including your iOS version and device model helps.
Together they convert a birth moment to UTC, which is what the planetary positions are calculated from. It matters most for the Moon, which can move a full sign in a day. If you do not know the exact time, an approximate one still gives a usable chart for every placement except the Moon.
1900 through 2018. The app carries its own planetary tables for that range rather than fetching them, and dates outside it cannot be entered.
The app does not calculate one. There is no ascendant and there are no house placements — compatibility is scored sign-to-sign across the ten planets and the Chinese animal, and nothing more.
Only to look up a birthplace and the historical time zone that was in effect there on that date. The charts and the score are computed entirely on your device from data shipped inside the app.
There is a cap on how many new pairings you can run per day. Reopening a saved reading is always free and never counts against it. The cap resets each day.
Your last five readings appear on the home screen. Swipe a row to the left to delete it. Deleting the app removes all of them at once.
The scale is deliberately generous: every pairing earns some credit, so scores skew upward and the low end is rarely reached. Read the per-planet rows rather than the headline percentage — that is where the actual detail is.
